The longest running musical revue in Broadway history, with
2,036 performances! Nominated for seven Tony Awards! Winner
of the Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album! Smokey Joe’s
Café is a revue style musical celebrating pop music's most
successful songwriting duo of Lieber and Stoller. With songs
recorded by Elvis, The Drifters, the Coasters and Peggy Lee,
we’ll take a stroll “On Broadway”, escort our partner to
“Spanish Harlem” but be careful of the “Poison Ivy”. We’ll
also get a taste of “Love Potion #9”, learn why “Fools Fall in
Love” and be certain to “Stand by Me” when we’re in “Kansas
City”.
“Smokey Joe’s isn’t the party of the decade. In fact, it’s
the greatest party ever put on stage!!”—NY POST
