Permanent Seats – Same Great Seats, Same Great Night

Flex Passes – You choose the Date/Time to fit your schedule

What subscriptions right for me?

It depends on your priority.

If the closest seats are important to you, than permanent seat is the way to go.  We’ll assign you the same seat, on the same performance for the entire season. e.g. Joe Smith could be assigned the 3rd week, Sunday matinee, of the production and receive B3 & 4 for the entire season.  An exchange may be requested later should a conflict arise, but the subscriber will be locked into a same seats on the same performance.

If flexibility for choosing your performance is important to you, than our Flex Passes is the best choice.  You pick the performance and seats, based on availability, on a show by show basis.  You can even redeem your Flex Passes yourself online.

What if I want to change my seats or become a subscriber for the first time, how do I pick my seats?

Sign up early!   We will accept subscription renewals, request in seating and new subscription from February to June, however, only Subscribers renewing their same seats will be processed and assigned seats.

Those requesting a change in seating or signing up for the first time will be processed by the box office in July.  We process in order of date received/paid  – so those that sign up early are processed FIRST.

But what are my chances for getting good seats?

Well, we do consider all of our seats as great seats – not a bad seat in our theatre.  That said, most permanent seat subscribers will be assigned seats between row A and row J.  Matinees are our most subscribed to performances, and those assigned into a matinee are usually assigned between row A thru row N.

About 20% of seats are released from season to season, some subscribers change seats, relocate or simply do not renew their subscription.  We can not predict which seats will open up for reassignment, but when the seats do open up, having your subscription request in with the box office will give you the best opportunity to grab those close seats.  It’s not a guarantee, but signing up early is the best strategy.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact our box office team at (863) 294-7469, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
