Ticket Policy

All Sales Are Final
We are unable to make refunds.

All Seating Is Reserved
Unless advertised as a general admission event, all patrons are assigned a seat.

Student Discount and Free Tickets
Any Student (with valid ID) is eligible for the student rate if available.  Not all shows offer a student rate.
All Students (with valid ID) may receive one free ticket, subject to availability, on opening night for any Mainstage production.

Group Discount
Groups of 10 or more will receive a $2/ticket discount off the ADULT price.  Larger groups of 20 or more will receive a $3/ticket discount off the ADULT price.  Student tickets are already discounted and are not eligible for the group discount.  Groups may make reservations with the Box Office at (863) 294-SHOW (7469).  Groups may reserve seats with a 50% (non-refundable) deposit.  The remaining balance is adjustable and is due one week prior to your scheduled event.

Lost Tickets
Lost tickets can be replaced for free by contacting the TWH Box Office (863) 294-7469.

Events, Dates and Times
are subject to change.

Holding Tickets
We can not hold tickets without payment.  All reservations require full payment at time of reservation.

Order Fees
Tickets ordered with the BOX OFFICE include a $2 order fee for the transaction.
Tickets ordered ONLINE will include a per ticket order fee, up to $1.50/ticket.

General Theatre Policy

Missed Performance Policy
If you miss your scheduled performance date, your tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Seating Policy
Please arrive on time! Late seating will be at the management’s discretion.

The theatre doors are open thirty minutes prior to curtain.  If seats are available at the rear of the theatre, we will seat you in the rear of the theatre at an appropriate break in the show.  We make every effort to minimize the disruption to all patrons attending.

Children
Please consider all those that are attending the performance.  Bringing young children may not be in the best interest of the child.  If you do bring a young child, please attempt to secure aisle seating and be mindful that it may be necessary to remove the child from the theatre.

Hearing Devices
TWH is equipped with Hearing Assisted Devices. These devices are available for free with the Box Office on a first come, first serve baises.  We just require a set of keys or drivers license for check out.  These devices are specially tuned and home units are not compatible.

Accessibility
The theatre is wheel chair accessible with wheel chair seating in front row and rear of the theatre.  These seats are reserved and require reservations with the Box Office.  Call (863) 294-SHOW (7469).  Patrons with disabilities are welcomed to enter the theatre through the lower backstage door.  This entrance is found on the North side of the building and has a green canopy above the door.  Once inside, simply follow the hallway into the theatre.

Video/Photography
Recording audio, video or photos is prohibited.
